1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Christ Glory Family ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of this app and its associated services (the "Service").
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. The Service
The Service provides a faith community platform including sermons, devotionals, Bible reading, prayer walls, courses, livestreams, messaging, prophetic content, member groups, paid memberships and downloadable resources.
4. Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Send spam, harass other users, or post hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit content.
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
- Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the Service, including by uploading malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping content.
- Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, transmit, display and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, sermons, devotionals and other original content we publish, is owned by Christ Glory Family or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.
8. Payments, billing and refunds (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Our additional refund commitments are set out in our Refund Policy.
9. Subscriptions
Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or through Paddle (paddle.net). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.
10. Service availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable export window.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Spiritual content is provided for edification and is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Christ Glory Family is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
