30-day money-back guarantee

Christ Glory Family offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid memberships and downloadable purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact Christ Glory Family through the in-app support channel and we will assist you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You may cancel a paid membership at any time from your account or through Paddle. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again.

Donations

Donations to Christ Glory Family are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review your request in good faith.

Additional rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws applicable to you, including any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights.
